Dear Lee:
I have sent to the Evening Post Job Printing
proof of notice of meeting, proxy and return envelope
for the annual meeting of stockholders which will be
held at the office of the Corporation on January 9th.
I have also requested the Evening Post Job Printing to
send 125 copies of each to you.
I have made arrangements with Frank Kiernan
& Co. of 41 Maiden Lane, for the publication of the
annual notice in the New York Evening Post on December
20th and 27th and January 3rd. Affidavit of publication
will be sent to me at your address.
I have also requested the Central Union Trust
Company to give you a certified list of the preferred
stockholders as of December 15th. This list ought to
reach you on the 18th and the notices should be mailed
not later than the 19th.
I am sending out today notice of the special
meeting of the Board of Directors to be held at 12 O'clock
on December 18th.
