This will acknowledge receipt of your letter
of September 30th, regarding Mrs. Porlato.
In order for us to come to any conclusions regard-
ing this complainent we, wish you would be so good as to
fix the dates of employment as definitely as possible, and
also give us some idea as to the nature of her illness,
duration of same, together with names of attending physicians.
Your cooperation in this matter will be much appre-
ciated.
