I send you herewith by your representative
the original testimony of the doctors in Chicago taken
in the Metz, et al cases; also my copy of the literature
which I understand you will bring down to date for me.
I should like to have this returned as soon
as convenient.
As per my telephonic talk with you, I under-
stand that you will send check to Milton M. Unger, Lefcourt
Building, Newark, N. J., attention of Mr. Leonard J. Emmer-
glick, for $97.78 to cover his expenses to Chicago and
return.
