We beg to inform you in behalf of the American Mutual
Liability Insurance Company that no policy was ever issued by
it to you which provided insurance for the application of a
workmen's compensation law, and consequently the American Mutual
Liability Insurance Company is unable to assume the defense of
either of the above suits.
