INFCRMATION: This was
part of a film that was shot purposely for a "Stranger Than Fiction"
story idea--cartoon-character named CADET KNUCKLEIEAD is to be used to
bring all the "DONTs" of flying to the attention of student pilots--
according to notations,rest of film was junked--HOWEVER, we filed the
captions IN CASE all the film was filed-unotation is questionable
