Attached is a one-pager on SERDP for Katie McGinty. It is in MS Word.
As far as meeting with the SAB is concerned, there are a couple of
options. One is to meet with only the outgoing members, which was the
SAB's original notion. The other is to meet with the entire SAB.
I
personally think meeting with the entire SAB would be preferable.
As far as times are concerned, both the August SAB meeting is pretty full.
We could look at a working lunch meeting. From a logistics viewpoint,
this would require Katie to travel out to Ballston. Or we could ask
members to come a day early or stay a day later. The agenda for the
September meeting is still only tentative and we may have a better chance
of fitting a meeting in at that time. Current SAB meeting dates are 19-20
August and 23-25 September. Another alternative is to ask Katie for times
when she is available and poll the members as to what dates they would be
able to attend.
I would be more than happy to provide a pre-brief or any other information
that might be needed. Thanks for your help in setting this up. Let me
know what I can do.
