IV. PRESS PLAN POOL PRESS V. SEQUENCE OF PROGRAM You, the First Lady, the Vice President, and Mrs. Gore proceed to the Blue Room for a photo receiving line. You, the First Lady, the Vice President, and Mrs. Gore will then be announced into the East Room and will proceed to the head table. NOTE: The guests will be seated around a U-shaped table. On the table there will be tent cards for each guest with their names and the organizations they represent. You will make remarks. You, the First Lady, the Vice President, and Mrs. Gore will then proceed to your seats. You will then introduce the First Lady who will open the first discussion. The theme of this discussion is the "Importance of Television as a Positive Force in Child Development." You will then conclude the first discussion and introduce Mrs. Gore. Mrs. Gore will open the second discussion. The theme of this discussion is "Models of Success in Children's Educational Programming." You will conclude the second discussion and introduce the Vice President. The Vice President will open the third discussion. The theme of this discussion is "Overcoming Barriers to Producing More and Better Children's Television." You will then conclude the third discussion and make closing remarks. You, the First Lady, the Vice President, and Mrs. Gore will then depart. VI. REMARKS Your remarks will be provided.
