Judy Gold
Harold, I spoke to Bobby Watson about putting Judy Gold on
the DNC payroll at the rate of $40,000/year. Betsy is thrilled
(and grateful) and has conveyed the good news to Judy, who has
been home in Chicago.
I think you should sit down and meet with her to get a
better sense of whether or not she can be helpful to you in your
relationship with the Convention planning staff. She has told me
she was intimately involved in authoring the business plan.
With Steve leaving, it might be something to consider
especially given her supposedly excellent relationship with the
Daley's and others out there. Just an idea.
