Louisvello Ky: Dear Sir: Hill you please in form me whether we caso a colond Soldier has died after making application for his bounty under act of march 3rd 1873 and before in claim is allowed, you mill not pay item am ount to his administrator or the Guardian of his minor children or to whom. His mife died before he died. you have $100 in your possession belonging to Jesse Polts and he is dead Can let not be paid to his sepse- antatives. yours truly b Etruild Plean inform me when and at what place you mill pay Lewis Griffilh.
