REMARKS-In case the Deputy authenticates the Clerk's certificate, evidence may be required to show that the Deputy is duly appointed and authorized by law
to sign the Clerk's name and use the seal of the Court-therefore it is better to have the Clerk's own individual authentication at once, and thus save the trouble and
expense of a general authentication certificate respecting the Deputy. which might be required if the papers were authenticated by him instead of the Clerk.
