I, Senjamin Chatman residing near Moodvite 10.18707
Wilkinson County Messussippi
do solemnly swear that I am the identical person that I represent
myself to be, to wit: Penjamin Chatman late
Corporal bo. G" 84 Regt U.D.C.T.
the person who served in said Company and Regiment, and that
there was no other person or persons by the name of Penjamin
Chatman late Corporal in Co. 'G' 82th Regiment
W. S.C.T., and that I was discharged at New Orleans
La in the year 1865
