French, Second anditor Washington D.C., stating that same one purporting In he Gustan Avery, trivate of bo A 99th U J.C Trooks had faber a claim in my name premous to the one filed by Col. G.H. Griffin. alonesaid, and therefore the Claim filed by the party repeacenting himself as Greatan avez afore saw was setter June 19th 1804 by Certifi- cate ene 614.964. for q 226, 24. esnd, therefore, the claim I filed by Col. S.H. Griffin Soq. of resair was regated. and said, that, if I had not received the proceds of said certificate by referring the you I would be informed Therefore, I maid for information whecting the disposition of the proceds of said Certificate Please inform me immediately, if possable if an immediate settlement of said claim me can fe had and by so doing you will inexternably oblige your most of edient servant J.N.J.
