Source Description

Three zoning maps (Town of Wayland, Plan A and Plan B) on one page: Town of Wayland, Massachusetts map showing entire town zoned as a single residence district except as shown on Plans A & B. Plan A- showing Wayland Center proposed by the Zoning Committee, Plan B- Cochituate Village showing zoning. "This is the zoning plan referred to in our report on zoning, published in the Wayland Town Report for the year ending Dec. 31, 1933." Both plans A and B show public buildings, churches, and business zoning areas. The entire residential plan for the Town includes the water wells, old town pound, neighborhood names, waterways, meadow boundaries, railroad stations, playgrounds, and the Weston Aqueduct.
