William Lloyd Garrison watched the Bunker Hill Centennial Anniversary parade with George Thompson Garrison and Francis Jackson Garrison from seats on Columbus Avenue. He criticizes the applause bestowed upon the military units from South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
