William Lloyd Garrison reflects on the rapid passage of time since he last saw Elizabeth Pease Nichol. He was glad that Fanny Garrison Villard and Francis Jackson Garrison were able to see something of the beautiful Clyde from the home of A. F. Stoddard. Henry Villard advised William L. Garrison and his party to stay in London instead of going to Switzerland. Garrison discusses the date of his return home. Mary A. Estlin came from Bristol to see him.
