Letter from Sarah Moore Grimké, to Anne Warren Weston, [1837]

In the postscript, Sarah Moore Grimké suggests that instead of putting the original letters in Anne Warren Weston's book, she might have them copied by a calligrapher like Lydia Dodge of Salem and have the autographs pasted in. / Sarah Moore Grimké copied the letter to the Queen into Anne Warren Weston's book and requests not to let it get published. Grimké would like a copy of Gerrit Smith's letter to send to a friend; she thinks Smith's letter ought to be printed in the Liberator.
