Source Description
Single leaf from a Beneventan noted breviary, containing chants and lessons for Monday and Tuesday in the fourth week of Lent. Formerly used as a covering for a 17th-century volume. On the recto, text begins with the conclusion of the first lesson, proceeding through lesson 3, and concluding in the antiphon "Auferte ista hinc." On the verso, approximately half of the text is washed away; with antiphon "Solvite templum hoc" followed by the first lesson -- Bruno of Segni's homily on John 7:14 (Patrologia Latina 165:801; incipit: [D]ixim[us] su[per]ius hanc festiuitate[m] septe[m] dieb[us] celebrari) -- and a portion of the second lesson.
