Female Torso

4th-5th century H: 5 5/16 in. (13.5 cm) Citation Source image

The female torso is dressed in a chiton, exposing the right breast, suggesting a traditional Amazon type. The plaque has been squared on both sides, for use in an inlaid frieze. It is broken at top and bottom.
