Source Description
This miniature shows a woman with a bouquet of flowers in an outdoor setting. To the left is a statue of liberty. The sitter wears a blue dress, edged with white gauze and her hair is lightly powdered. The frame is silver gilt with a floral design and dates from the 19th century. An insciption on the back of the frame has been effaced.Pink silk on the reverse with a loop for hanging.
