Ring with a Fixed Bezel

6th-5th century BCE (Archaic-Classical) Diam: 7/8 in. (2.3 cm) Citation Source image

A plain hoop tapering slightly at the ends- collars of alternately smooth and twisted wire and a filigree leaf with a globule and a trace of green inlay at each side of the bezel. The bezel is formed of smooth and twisted wire; with granulated teeth to hold the inset.
