Kozuka with a Man and a Blowpipe
The man at the bottom of the kozuka holds a blowpipe ("fukiya"). Blowpipes were used to hunt small birds, such as the one flying across the top of the kozuka. A dart was inserted into the end of the pipe and then blown at the bird. The artist signed the kozuka on the reverse.
