Source Description
The weight is on the right leg, the left hand is raised in the position for holding a staff, while the right hand is near the side holding a thunderbolt of typical Roman form with one screw end. The head turns slightly to the right and has a wreath, and ribbons from the ends of the wreath fall before the shoulders. The surface is dark, smooth green, with muddy deposit in the crevices.
