Source Description
A square sheet, all edges turned down, with four holes for attachment. The plaque is worked in repoussé with a globule at each corner and a gold leaf rosette, originally with twelve petals, in the center. The rosette is attached by means of a glass bead set in a gold mount that pierces the plaque and is turned back beneath.
