Watch with two children with a hunting horn

This watch is enameled gold. The back is enameled in dark blue framed with pearls. The front is decorated with a scene of two children playing with a hunting horn. The movement is French and dates from ca. 1800. The backplate is engraved "Chevalier Ecloche 5242" (?)
