In order that Red Cross reserves do not fall to a critically low point, it is necessary that all of us, with a sense of duty to help others, join in the 1960 crusade to meet these responsibilities which are ours. Emergencies may happen to anyone, crises may occur and the Red Cross is always there when summoned. It is up to us to insure the prompt response of this noble organization by increasing, with our help, its ability to serve human needs to the greatest extent possible.
