My dear liss Bacon:
We are sorry to caure you some inconvenience but
after a conference with Dr. Liordon in Boston, it was
deemed advisable not to delay further the Dick and
Schick test with immunization ir necessary. When you
return the enclosed forms, will you please let us
have a formal note of acceptance together with a
small photograph taken in uniform. Also with this
letter we are enclosing a revised statement of the
general information on nursing details.
