Dear Miss MacLachlan:
Upon acceptance of the O.C.D. position in Hawaii, I was granted
leave of absence from the Indianapolis Fublic Health Nursing Association.
Now thatithe O.C.D. Emergency Medical Service is being dissolved, I feel it
incumbert to return to my former position. Therefore, this letter will
serve not only as my resignation, but as a request for transportation to
the place of my recruitment, Indianapolis, Indiana as soon as it is
possible, after the closing of the Polio Hospital.
