SUBJECT: Release of Nurse Helen D. Boylston,
Enrollment No. 35985
The above named A.R.C.Nurse, is being returned
to the United States, enroute from the Commission to
Poland, upon the completion of her service in Europe.
Miss Boylston reported in Paris March 3, 1920,
and has served with the Commission to Albania, a nd
the Polish Commission, being released on account of
reduction in Nurse personnel.
She sails on the "Touraine" leaving Le Havre
the 26th instant, having had full vacation due her
on this side.
No equipment has beennturned in here.
Recommendation for service certificate has been
made in Paris.
