He have received your immunization report and as you
have a positive schick test, it will be necessary ror you
to be immunized as stated since this was requested by Dr.
Gordon. Diphtheria is one of the diseases prevalent in
England. ALSO you have not been vaccinated since June
1938. You will see that this is required at time of
application.
