N., Director, Instruction in Home Hygiene 3D and Care of the Sick. in I have been asked to get the rest of the information concerning I Miss Amy Hilliard to incorporate in one of the chapters being written for the Red Cross History on Nursing. Miss Pickett tells me she and Miss Dock have both endeavored to get this information without success, and I find upon inquiry that they have not written directly to Miss Hilliard. As we have no address for her M later than 1920 - when she was Superintendent of the Allied Training Schools of Bellevue - I am writing to ask if you can get in touch with her and ask her to communicate with me, giving the desired information which is to fill in the space in the f ollowing: "Revision of the Miss Delano appointed a committee during the summer Textbook of 1917 to work out a suggested plan, of which Anna C. Jamme, of California, was the Chairman, Amy Hilliard, then the General S@perintendent of Training Schools at Bellevue and Allied Hospitals, who had previously been inspector of Schools of Nursing for the State of New York (fill in here) came to Washington and worked this out. " Thanking you for your assistance in this matter, believe me as Very truly yours, Direutor, Instruction in Home Hygiene & Care of the Sick. IWB*Aw.
