and return them immediately by air mail. All three sheets
must be signed. Questions #5, c,d,e of #7 and #9 need not

answered. The remaining unanswered questions on all three
copies must be filled in.
We will contact you as soon as we have the definite date
of sailing. You should be ready to leave at very short notice.
