My dear Miss Davis:
We are so glad to receive your letter of May 24,
giving us detailed information regarding the illness and death
of your sister, Miss Harriet Davis, and also for her credentials,
namely appointment card and badge, number 21456, which reached
us by separate mail. We are now in a position to make the final
records of Miss Davis' death and this is being done at this time.
Assuring you of our appreciation of your cooperation,
