Mrs. Ina Elithe Brush Day is interested in a possible
assignment with the American Red Cross unit in Hawaii. We would
appreciate it very much if you could give us on the enclosed form
information regarding Mrs. Day's work. She states that she has been
employed in the Orange Memorial Hospital as staff nurse from 1937
to the present time.
A stamped, addressed envelope is enclosed for reply.
