On November 30, 1942 we sent you a duplicate Ted Cross
nurse's badge requesting that you atcknowledge its receipte
Up to this time we have not heard from you and in order
that your records may be complete it is necessary for us to know
whether or not you received the pin.
Vla are enclosing another postal oard for your convenience
in replying.
