My dear Nis snedden:
Enclosed please find Check No. 282978 in the amount
of twelve dollars ($12.00) which covers the cost of certain
expenses incurred by Mary Marget Lodds in regard to the
American Red Cross Harvard Field Hospital Unit appointent.
This check was issued too late for Miss Dodds to receive
it before she left the country. Therefore, we are sending
it on to you for the proper disposition.
