The Smith-Gray Uniform Corporation of New York should have your uniform
ready for you. 1f you have not received it by Monday noon it would be wise
to contact them. I will give you your white riding shirt in Boston, which
is to be used when the group is to appear in uniform. ite expect that your
white uniforms will be delivered to you before Monday noon. If they are
not, could you take about five or six of your own with you and te will send
the regulation uniforas to you in Ingland as soon as they are completed.
American Red Cross representatives should not carry any papers or
belongings which may not be shown to the public authorities in the countries
through or in which they are traveling and they should willingly and
courteously comply with all requests to do SO.
For obvious reasons you are specially requested not to divulge to any-

one the date or ship on which you expect to sail. You should not show the
ship's name on any tags or Labels attached to your luggage; simply specify
"A Ship".
Do not wear your uniforas enroute to the port of embarkation or in
boarding the ship. We will be less conspicuous in `civilian clothes.
