I do not know why she should send me a telegram on SO personal
a matter. As she appears to have left the work at Rochester,
where she has been for five years, there would seem, therefore,
ample time to write me a letter.
You probably know something of her work in Porto Rico?
If you have any suggestions to make I would be very glad to write.
