My dear Mise Goostray:
Your letter regarding scholarship received some time
ago and we have been holding same pending receipt of your application for
enrollment. Up to the present time this has not been received and it will
be impossible for us to act on your application for scholarship until
you
are an enrolled Red Cross Nurse. If you will let us know where you sent
your application for enrollment we will make an effort from this office to
have the same sent in.
Regretting this long delay, we are with best wishes
