I am enclosing a letter from Miss Leila Havlerson, which, I believe, you can answer better then I, as she asks about a state bonus for Red Cross nurses. Wisconsin, I believe, is the only state that includes Red Cross nurses in the bonus besides Army nurses. I am writing Miss Halverson that I have referred the matter to you. ofe Ellen U.Robrison
