This is to certify that Miss Frances Labrum was vaccinated
with Cutter's smallpox glycerinated vaccine on January 14,

1942. Inspection seventy two hours later indicated an im-
mune reaction.
Miss Labrum also received the first injection of Cutter
Typhoid straight bacterial vaccine ( without paratyphoid)
on January 14, 1942.
In addition, the initial dose of fluid tetanus toxoid was
administered on January 16, 1942. Two subsequent injections
are to be received at interva,ds of six weeks to two months.
