Referring to the nurse, Miss Blanche Kacona, Badge $3566, going
to Prague, Cuecho-Slovakia, whose papers went to your office two
weeks ago, in & recent letter from Miss Hay to Miss Noyes it was
recommended that Miss Kacena's salary be increased to $100 per month,
which is the salary paid to the nurses filling important positions with
our Commissions in Europe. I an sending this notice to you asking
you 18 you. will please make this change on your records concerning this
assignment.
