Miss Blanche Kacena,
519 First Avenue, West,
Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
My dear Miss Kacena:-
Your letter of August 8th, together with your Service
Application Form reached us yesterday and your papers are in the
hands of the Bureau of Foreign Personnel who will notify you as
soon as the arrangements for your departure are complete.
I
learned
through the Bureau of Personnel that they had received your letter
and I presume they have given you the information regarding your
trunk.
If you do not receive it from them, I would advise you
to take it up with the Bureau of Equipment in New York.
Trusting that you will enjoy your new work after a
pleasant trip, I am
Yours very sincerely,
Director-Department of Nursing.
