My dear Miss Kirchgassner:

We are writing again to check your current address and to
find out if you are still interested in service with our Red
Cross unit in Hanaii and wish to have your name kept on file
for consideration for appointment when more nurses are sent.
We would need to have your physical examination report
before considering your appointment; therefore, if you are still
interested would you please have your physical examination done
so that we can submit it to our Red Cross physician for approval.
Please notify your physicien that since this examination is for
foreign service it should be a thorough one as a foreign assign-
ment would be very unwise unless your physical condition is
excellent. Select your own physician and inform him that the Red
Cross is prepared to pay for your examination, not to exceed $5.00.
His bill, if there is one, should be submitted to this office, in
care of the Nursing Service.
Please keep us informed of your current address at all times
so that we may be able to get in touch with you at a moment's notice.
