Miss Dorothea Koehn
On September 22nd, Mus. Elsbeth H. Vaughan, our
Assistant Director in Public Health Nursing, visited
Miss Goldie Koehn (sister of Dorothea Koehn) in
Oshkosh, Wisconsin. One of the questions which Mrs.
Vaughan brought back is the following:
Miss Goldie Koehn reports that Dorothea
carried considerable insurance and annuity
with the Metropoliten Life Insurance
Company and other insurence with the New
York Life Insurence Company. They are
anzious to know what the legal proceedings
are regerding the period of time required
before the death of a lost person can be
established, They would appreciate
having an opinion from the legal advisors
at National Headquarters concerning this
matter.
Could you give some answer to Miss Goldie Koehn
on this question? Her address is 56 Mill Street,
Oshkosh.
