My dear Miss Beard: Thank you for your letter of November 16 stating that you will exchange my Red Cross pin, marked "Home Defense¹ for another. I appreciate this very much, especially since I will be working with Red Cross. I am returning the pin under separate cover. I will be at the above address until December 1, in case you can send me the new pin by that time. I have not learned the street address of the new South- eastern Area in Atlanta, Georgia, where I expect to be located after December 8. Thank you again for this favor.
