Madam:
Your nomination as nurse in the t. S. public
Health Service has been recommanded to the Depar tment
with compensation at the rate of $720 per annum,
quarters, subsistence and laundry, to be effective
from the date of your entrance upon duty.
YOU are requested to proceed immediately to
U. S. Public Health Service Ilosyital, 5800 Arsenal St.
St. Louis, Mo., and report for duty to the
officer in Charge. You will also report to the
Bureau the date of your departure from quiniy, Ill.,
and your arrival nt St. Louis, Mo.
While executing the se orders, you should secure
receipts for all money paid out, to present with your
travel account for veinburnement. If the hospital is far
from the railway station, upos arrival at St. Louis you
should telephone to the hospital in orüer that the authori-
ties may send to the station for you.
