Seeley Street\nChicago, Illinois\nMy dear Mrs. McCandlish:\nYour application for enrollment in the Red Cross Nursing\nService has been forwarded to us by the Secretary of the Local\nCommittee. We are wondering if you have forgotten that you were\nenrolled in the Red Cross Nursing Service in 1917. Your badge\nnumber, according to your records, is 12906. Since we had not\nheard from you for many years, your enrollment was annulled, but\nyour papers are still here at National Headquarters. Your new\napplication will of course bring your records uptodate.\nWe trust, however, that we may count on your cooperation and\nthat you will keep your records uptodate by filling out the annual\naddress questionnaire which the Committee will be sending you each\nyear.
