A circuIar has just boen received from the International
Committee of the Red Cross giving the names of those to whom the medale have been
acarded, sac I iss delighted to find your name emong the twelve. My hourty
congratuIntions! I know how much you deserva this recognition. This International
Committee reports that there were many candidates but to Its regret they had to
eliminate for certain au ber,and the efore it 428 & special compliment to flad
that you were included.
I hope you will be well Soon. Do take a rest good rest.
