I indeed regret that it has been impossible to reply
to your letter of September 21st at an earlier date, but take
pleasure in returning your Red Cross badge #26,516 to you at
this
time. Please be good enough to immediately acknowledge
its receipt by signing and returning the accompanying post card
acknowledgement.
With my good wishes and asking that you keep your
Division Director of Nursing, Miss Florence Johnson, 44 East
23rd Street, New York City, advised of any future change in your
address in order that her records may be complete, believe me,
