Gentlemen:
This witnesses that I
Hazel go Bruner
hereby assign, transfer, and set over unto m.Bruner
of Santa Rosa Calif
, the sum of Forty
dollars per month out of the compensation to be paid to me by the
American National Red Cross, and I authorize and direct the said
American National Red Cross, to pay unto said C. m. Bruner
each and every month out of my said compensation, the sum of
$ Forty dollars.

This assignment shall remain in full force and effect
until a revocation thereof is lodged with the American National
Red Cross at Washington, D. C., U.S.A.
This assignment is executed in triplicate.
